They gather at an expanded Justice League Watchtower, inviting numerous heroes to discuss future strategies. However, the meeting takes an unexpected turn when the magic users detect a disturbance, heralding Darkseid’s arrival.

Meanwhile, Darkseid, in a bid to escape his suffering in a sealed-off multiverse, sought out the Spectre and used a Miracle Machine to merge with this celestial being. The Spectre, in a desperate move, brings Darkseid to the Watchtower, where the heroes confront him. Superman, wielding magic, separates Darkseid from the Spectre, leading to Darkseid’s demise.
Darkseid’s energy drifts toward an alternative Earth known as the Elseworld. Unlike Prime Earth, which thrives on hope, this world is marred by chaos and adversity. As the timeline solidifies, familiar heroes emerge. This new Superman arrives in Brazil, fully grown, emerging from a crater with fiery energy radiating from his costume. His eyes glow with intensity as Darkseid observes that hope is the underdog in this world, and its heroes must rise to unprecedented heights to endure.
